We are willing to make refund on the bases of valid reasons:
If the product is broken and not the product as advertise. and you have contacted us to make it fixed.
If our team wasn’t able to fix your problem then yes we are willing to provide refund within 30 days of your buying date.
We don’t make refund on invalid reasons:
If the buyer change his/her mind after purchasing the item.
Make custom changes in the main plugin files.
If didn’t contact for the help and without letting our team to make sure the problem if from our side or yours then we don’t allow refund.
After 30 days of buying date we don’t allow refund.
